Why we need an operator-led board.

Construction does not have a software problem. It has a memory problem. The intelligence of every job lives in layers, in the field, in people's heads, on notepads that never get entered, in emails that go unanswered. The product is live. Drift detection is validated. What it needs now is the judgment of operators who have lived inside that problem and can tell us where it cuts deepest. That is the seat we are offering.

What a board seat looks like.

  1. Test DPM on active work.

    Run the product on a real job. Live data. Real stakes. We need to know what breaks under field conditions, and you are the team that can tell us.

  2. Quarterly working sessions.

    Small group. Direct line to the founder and product team. Roadmap decisions are shaped by what you tell us, not by analyst reports.

  3. Pattern-share across firms.

    What is a margin-killer in your shop is almost certainly a margin-killer in someone else's. The board is where those patterns surface.

  4. Veto power on category drift.

    If we start to sound like the other guys, you tell us. Buzzwords, feature creep, agency-speak, that's a board call.
